If you prefer that your newborn sleep in a crib, your baby will be placed on his or her back to prevent sids. As your baby grows he or she will be experiencing increased amounts of awake time.
Diapering takes place in a separate area, with table liners changed after every use. Staff members wear gloves and use wipes that we provide and diapers that you provide. The bathroom room sink allows for frequent hand washing. Diapering, feeding and play time occur according to your infant's individual needs and schedule.. And, at the end of every day we will personally talk to you about your child's day.
We support, love and nurture your baby. Plenty of cuddling, rocking, cooing and comforting takes place each day. They are responded to quickly; their cues are read and acted upon without delay. All this human contact encourages babies to communicate and helps them develop the self-confidence to explore their environment.
Our classrooms monitored by closed-circuit security cameras, viewable only by parents in the entrance hallway. Cupboards are locked for safety, outlets are either covered or out of children's reach. Extensive sanitation procedures include the required use of indoor shoes or socks, toy sanitation, and regularly laundered bedding, washcloths and bibs.
Your baby's gross and fine motor skills will be encouraged and a personal curriculum will be set up for your child's developmental level. It will be designed to help him or her flourish and grow in strength and language. We sign to your baby right from the start just like any other language. Your infant will be talked to and played with so your infant knows he or she is loved and accepted.

We work with your baby to build foundations that encourage a lifelong love of learning. Soft, comfortable play spaces and safe, interesting toys encourage exploration and discovery. In addition to cuddling and rocking, teacher-child interactions include games that develop nueral pathways as well as reaching, grasping and tracking skills.

Newborns are protected from crawling or walking babies.

After testing her baby language theory on more than 1,000 infants around the world, Priscilla says there are five words that all babies 0–3 months old say—regardless of race and culture:
We believe that close contact is important especially for newborns. Both of us ( Alice and Janet ) will take turns holding the newborn close to our hearts in an infant pack while the newborn sleeps. , instead of being placed in a crib. This serves several purposes.
1) We place a MOMMY shirt on the caregivers shoulder between the Newborn and the caregiver, so he or she can
smell their mommy and thus ease transition to child care.

2) We can feel and hear the infants breathe and thus prevent SIDS.

3) The Newborn is used to being in a quiet, snug and calm atmosphere where He or she can hear the human
heartbeat. This reduces stress for the infant, so he or she doesn't become overwhelmed.
